If you are less than 15 minutes late, we will do our best to extend your appointment time to accommodate your service. However, if another client is scheduled directly after you, we may not be able to extend your appointment. This could result in less time for your lash service. 📱 APPOINTMENT REMINDERS & CANCELLATIONS You will receive an appointment reminder 1 hour before your scheduled appointment. If you are unable to make your appointment, please cancel through the booking app at least 24 hours in advance. 👁️ LASH FILL POLICY Please keep in mind that all listed prices are starting prices. If you have less than 40% of your extensions remaining, an additional charge may apply. If you have 0–5 extensions remaining on each eye, the appointment will be considered a full set, regardless of how long it has been since your previous appointment. Please make sure you book the correct fill week based on when your last appointment was. Booking the incorrect service may result in an adjustment to your appointment or additional charges.
